1. Introduction

Welcome to Unaloudadie ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at unaloudadie.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unaloudadie regarding your access to and use of the Site and any services, content, or products offered through the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing or using our Site on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

4. Services and Products

Unaloudadie offers personal development services, including but not limited to workshops, coaching sessions, digital learning programs, and retreats. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

By purchasing any service or product, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, including payment terms, cancellation policies, and service-specific guidelines provided at the time of purchase or registration.

5. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before services are delivered unless otherwise specified in writing.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• For workshops and retreats: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled date; 50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 7 days before; no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before.
• For one-on-one coaching: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session; no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before.
• For digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion in extenuating circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Unaloudadie or its content suppliers and is protected by Romanian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

7. User Content

By submitting, posting, or sharing any content through our Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNALOUDADIE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNALOUDADIE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unaloudadie, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Romania, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
